How does 8000 REVERSE work?
8000 REVERSE is so easy to use! Simply pick up the phone (home, office, hotel or payphone) and call the international Access Code specific to the country you are calling from, followed by the numbers that spell 8000 REVERSE.
For example when calling reverse charge from Spain to the UK you would dial 00 8000 REVERSE: 0-0-8-0-0-0-7-3-8-3-7-7-3
If calling reverse charge from the USA to the UK you would dial 011 8000 REVERSE:
0-0-8-0-0-0-7-3-8-3-7-7-3
Step 1
Find the Access Code for the country you’re calling from, CLICK HERE.
Step 2
If you’re calling from a hotel or office, make sure you have an outside line (In most cases, dial 0). Then dial the Access Code followed by 8000 REVERSE.
Step 3
A voice prompt will ask you to enter the number you wish to call, as well as record your name before dialling your requested number.
Step 4
If your call is accepted, you will be connected and the cost of the call will be charged to the recipient’s phone account. It's that simple! There is also a credit card option for payment.
