CALL CHARGES
1. 0800 REVERSE - REVERSE CHARGE CALLS
0800 REVERSE is a Reverse Charge Call service provided by 0800 Reverse Pty Ltd to BT customers and most mobile network customers.
A Reverse Charge call is paid for by the person receiving the call rather than the one making it.
2. ELIGIBILTY
0800 REVERSE Charge calls can be made from ordinary lines, payphone lines and mobile phones in the United Kingdom. They can be made to ordinary lines in the United Kingdom and most mobile networks, but not to pager, Freefone, number translation service numbers (such as 0800, 0845 and 0870), premium rate numbers (such as 0900, 0907 and 0911) or payphone numbers.
3. PRICING INFORMATION
3.1 Call Charges for National Reverse Charge Calls to Fixed services
Charges for Calls made through the 0800 Reverse National Reverse Charge Calling Service to Fixed Services are made up of the following two components:
(a) a Call Connection Charge, which is a fixed amount for each Call; and
(b) a Call Charge based on the type of line from which the Call was made and the duration of the Call.
Unless otherwise stated, there is a maximum Call duration cap of 45 minutes.
A message charge applies for accepting a message delivered by 0800 REVERSE which is a fixed amount for each message.
3.1.1 CALLS FROM ORDINARY RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS LINES
CALL CONNECTION CHARGE
Off Peak (0100 - 0500 daily)
The Call Connection Charge is £0.417 excluding VAT( £0.50 including VAT) and is added to the Call Charge. The Call Connection Charge includes up to 240 seconds of conversation time.
Peak (all other times)
The Call Connection Charge is £2.492 excluding VAT ( £2.99 including VAT) and is added to the Call Charge.
CALL CHARGE
Off Peak (0100 - 0500 daily)
Charges are for each minute or part thereof, after the first 240 seconds.

All charges are billed to the number receiving the call.
There is no charge if the call cannot be connected, or the called person refuses to accept the call and pay the charges.
Some mobile networks may charge the caller for the call to 0800 Reverse: this is not included in the charges billed to the number recieving the call, and it is likely to be charged even if the call is not connected or accepted.
The called person must agree to pay for the call before it is connected.
These prices only apply to calls to BT numbers, not to non-BT lines, or numbers in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
The 0800 REVERSE service is listed in the BT Price List as the `service' provided, is delivered to and paid for by BT customers but BT is not the provider of the service.
0800 REVERSE is a service which uses an 0800 number as the point of entry for callers. This Price List entry lists the price for the `service' not the price that is associated with the 0800 calls - the charges associated with the 0800 call are paid by the service provider. The charges for the `service' are paid by the party that receives the `service' calls.
3.2 Call Charges for National Reverse Charge Calls to Cellular Mobile Services
Call Charges for Calls to Cellular Mobile Services are calculated as follows:
Call Charges = Connection Charge + Timed Charge
Timed Charge = Call Rate x Number of Call Blocks

3.3 Call Charges for International Inbound Reverse Charge Calls
Call Charges for International Inbound Calls are as per those set by BT and as stated in the following BT website:

Charges for calls made by Credit Card are set, and varied from time to time, by BBG. For information on charges applicable to Credit Card calls, please contact BBG on 0800 COLLECT (0800 2655328) from within the United Kingdom, or by calling the country specific international operator from other Countries, or emailing: [email protected].
The person contractually responsible for the Credit Card used to pay for the Credit Card calling service (the "Credit Card Holder") is responsible for paying the charges in accordance with the terms of their Credit Card statement and underlying contract.
